Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter
Oat Balls:

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter

  • 2/3 cup honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • Mix ingredients above thoroughly

  • Add...3 cups old fashioned rolled oats

Mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Transfer to baking pan lined with wax paper. Makes approximately 28 balls. Chill in refrigerator for 30 mins. Enjoy!
